Facilities Manager
You will be responsible for the facilities management for the Trafford Park office and temporary manchester offices. Responsible for liaising with internal departments, procurement & replacement of equipment & services, implementing and managing contracts, supervising contractors, auditing health & safety procedures, organising office supplies, responsible for all aspects of office needs from relocations to maintaining.
Negotiating all service contracts (eg: cleaning, gardening, security, utilities etc) maintain satisfaction with suppliers and review accordingly, liaise with HR, finance, IT regarding new starters, minimise disruption to services and staff, ordering goods and services, managing office budgets, re-modelling contracts to get the best possible option, organising PAT testing, fire drills etc, reporting RIDDOR when required, managing keys for buildings.
You must have previous experience of managing budgets and financial admin, work to deadlines, sound knowledge of health & safety legislation, regulations & best practice of carrying out inspections, excellent face to face skills, ability to manage staff, pragmatic and methodical, ability to travel to other offices when required.
