Training Coordinator

You must have previous experience of working in a training and development role. Ideally you will have a training qualification or be working towards a CIPD qualification.

Acting as the centre coordinator and internal verifier at the NVQ assessment centre, reviewing graduate & apprentice programmes. You will coordinate and deliver training, supervise the progress of on the job trainers, ensure training is delivered in the least disruptive way, liaising with government agencies, external consultants and training providers, identifying the training need of the business through the regulation of the appraisals and departmental managers.

You must have the ability to communicate at all levels, be assertive, professional and motivated.This role is temp to perm and is an immediate start. 25k basic plus bonus of 20%.
