Essential Personnel is privately owned and run by Cathy Bates and her staff. Cathy has worked in recruitment for over 15 years and opened Essential Personnel in 2005. The company was incorporated in September 2008 and became Cathy Bates Ltd t/a Essential Personnel.  Essential Personnel is based in the centre of Stockport near the town hall. We specialise in placing office support professionals in businesses across the North West.
